Bletchley Park

KSA Trip to Bletchley Park
The KSA is pleased to invite you on a special private tour of Bletchley Park on Sunday 14th May 2023.

You are invited to book your place, together with one guest, on this one hour special guided tour around Bletchley Park. Its role in helping bring World War II to a more timely end only started to be recognised in the last couple of decades, helped by the films Enigma (2001) and The Imitation Games (2014). The tour will be followed by the opportunity to view the exhibitions and codebreaking huts where Alan Turing and Gordon Welchman developed the Bombe machines used to search for Enigma cipher keys. The site is large and, in its day, operated on an industrial scale with a workforce of 9,000. As Committee Member Jim Watson and I discovered when we went to recce the site for a potential KSA special visit, there is a tremendous amount to see and to learn. Furthermore the buildings and exhibitions have benefitted from very substantial investment in recent years and the exhibits are extremely well curated. www.bletchleypark.org.uk

With some subsidy from the KSA, the price of the specially discounted tickets, which are valid for return visits within 12 months, is only £10. This compares to £25.50 for an adult booking normally.

We have a maximum group size of 30. In order to book, please click the link below.

Bookings will be on a first come, first served basis. We will confirm if you have been successful no later than the end of March, at which point we will require payment. We will only be able to offer refunds on cancellation up to 30th April due to terms & conditions of booking with Bletchley Park. We hope you are as excited about this trip as Jim Watson, the rest of the Committee and I are!
